"Back to the tavern origins of the Redruello family"

We extolled the origins of Madrid's iconic restaurant in a more contemporary format that is compatible with the rest of the offer of the updated Mercado de San Antón.

We developed the concept together with Grupo Hostelero Familiar La Ancha, based on its iconic product, the tortilla, as the base to put things on top: traditional and more contemporary stews such as tripe, spicy tomato, anchovies in vinegar, baby squid in its own ink, etc.

The must-have for Ansón+Bonet is the Tortilla with assortments, everyone has their own favourite.
