Gran Clavel: We set up this restaurant in Madrid, a true reflection of the spirit of the city, with a F&B proposal divided into three areas: a vermutería, a wine bar and a restaurant.

Hospitality businesses for brands, museums, hotels and other venues. Restaurant businesses make up only part of our client base. We also develop projects for different spaces and businesses that are in some way related to F&B . We exploit the opportunity that through food and beverage these spaces can strengthen their values, and in the end, their customer reach, whilst building profitable businesses. A cafeteria in a museum and a restaurant market in a shopping centre are just some of the projects in which we have participated.

La Citi: We helped URW (Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield) to conceptually and
operationally land this ephemeral, permanent open-air market in the La Maquinista shopping centre in Barcelona.

Choosing the right premises for a restaurant business is a fundamental aspect. We work to find the ideal premises for your project. We compile all the premises available on the market through real estate agencies, brokers, companies and specific real estate funds, always analysing all the elements of the premises to advise you on the situation of the space and the viability of your business, and we also carry out purchase and sale operations of restaurant premises for investors, detecting clear opportunities for both the investor and the operator.

We have recently commercialised the space of several restaurants in the San Antón Market, such as Juancho’s BBQ, Café Comercial, La Ancha and Chuka Ramen Bar.

We have helped close venues for Osom, Llama Inn Madrid, Zíngara or Nunuka.

Defining business models

Business development is one of our most demanded services. On the one hand, we work on the conceptualisation where we include market studies of both competition and trends; and on the other hand, we develop the financial plan with a breakdown of the medium-term economic objectives and the investment plan. From here we can set up your restaurant, take care of everything and help you get quickly into the market.

Calicata Terroir: A terrace bar in the Abadía Retuerta Retuerta winery overlooking the vineyards. We helped define the concept, develop the F&B offer together with Marc Segarra and create this natural space in collaboration with the designers.
