Golda is the new café of the Fayer Group. Two years after opening Fayer in Calle de Orfila in Madrid, they are embarking on this new adventure with new partners. Golda is defined as a café, a bar, a place of crossroads, encounters and moments.
The gastronomic proposal that we propose is focused on the Mediterranean and Israeli, with salads, mezzes, sandwiches, pastries and cakes to eat. The take away also has a great presence.
At Ansón+Bonet we have conceptualised and developed the business plan, and we have also been in charge of the start-up and opening of this new space in Calle Orellana. We have also done the search and coordination of suppliers and strategic partners that make Golda a unique proposal.
The essential for Ansón+Bonet is to have a coffee with a pascualina at mid-morning, a chicken pita for lunch and a glass of natural wine with green hummus at GOLFA in the evening.
