Abadía Retuerta wine bar at ARCO Madrid
For the second consecutive year, we created Bodega Opening, a wine bar-gallery at the international art fair ARCO. This year we did it together with Abadía Retuerta, the prestigious winery from the Ribera del Duero.
Bodega Opening is an ephemeral bar-gallery created in collaboration with Opening’s curators and gallery owners, where wine, gastronomy and art are the protagonists. The selected wines belong to Abadía Retuerta, a wine tourism and gastronomic destination located in a 12th century abbey converted into a unique hotel that, together with the winery, is highly committed to art, culture and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). In this space, limited editions were presented as a result of experimentation as well as their most iconic wines.
This project is conceptualised, designed and operated by Ansón+Bonet.

A must for Ansón+Bonet is a glass of Pago Negralada, a terroir wine that represents the purity of a Tempranillo from the Duero Valley, along with a portion of freshly sliced Joselito ham.
