Gran Clavel is the Madrid restaurant on Gran Vía street, an embassy of the capital’s culture and gastronomy.

Located in the Hotel Iberostar de Las Letras, Gran Clavel’s gastronomic offer is divided into three areas: a vermutería, with beer, tapas and olives; a wine bar, democratic and open-minded; and a restaurant that brings back the tradition of Madrid to reinterpret and disseminate it.
