Pacífico arrived in Madrid with a straightforward proposition: a short menu, a well-executed smash burger and no complications. Our job was to find the right venues for a model that needed the right neighbourhood at a reasonable rent.

The first, on Conde de Xiquena in Justicia, was chosen because the target audience matched the neighbourhood. The second, on Don Pedro in La Latina, followed the same logic: areas with real footfall, without the extra cost of the most exposed locations. Two venues with a minimalist aesthetic that does not compete with the product.
