Norah was born from the vision of Téa, Natalia, Grigor and Gio: an authentic Mediterranean restaurant, without shortcuts, a place with soul rather than simply a concept. Our task was to turn that idea into a tangible project, starting with the venue at 15 Monte Esquinza, with its large window filling the space with light, and building every detail in a coherent and carefully considered way.

Trueba Studio created an interior rich in textures and materials: Venetian tiles, stucco, mosaic tables and handcrafted ceramic wall lights, all in perfect balance. Chef Eli Shtein develops a seasonal menu designed for sharing, with dishes such as lamb salad, red prawn carpaccio, grilled octopus or fettuccine with squid. Since opening in 2025, Norah has established itself as one of Chamberí’s most solid restaurants.
