The project brings together four dining spaces: Ahãma, Ēge Umi, AY and Mezkla, which coexist as a coherent ecosystem, each with its own identity but united by the same approach: integrating into the landscape rather than imposing on it. The culinary offering is based on local products, recognisable flavours and a light, healthy approach designed to follow the natural rhythm of the resort.
