Mezkla is an all-day restaurant in Göcek Bay, within the Ahama resort, where the cuisine is shaped by the landscape and the rhythm of the sea. The project has a vibrant, contemporary spirit, reinterpreting local gastronomy through an open Mediterranean lens. The space combines natural materials, abundant light and views of the surroundings. The menu focuses on fresh, local ingredients such as fish, seasonal vegetables and artisanal bread, served in light, expressive dishes to share.
