Argentinians Paulo Barberis and Mauro Coringrato are the partners behind this project, bringing the essence of their homeland to Madrid. Adorado’s motto is “Eat whatever you want, whenever you want, just like at home”, which is reflected throughout the venue, from its pleasant terrace to its interior design.

Located in the emerging Lavapiés neighbourhood, which increasingly offers a more carefully curated, alternative and interesting food scene, Adorado specialises in brunch and an all-day offering made up of different homemade sandwiches, toast, salads and delicious sweets, with an Argentinian touch, all made in-house.
