Casa Sarao is a restaurant that brings the best of Spanish gastronomy to the heart of Lima, located in Paseo Begonias, an area being transformed into a dining destination. The menu, designed by Jorge Muñoz from Albert Adrià’s team, combines Spanish techniques with local products, reinterpreting classic flavours without falling into clichés.

The project is designed for both everyday dining and weekends, offering a versatile and elegant experience where every dish reflects balance and precision. The design of the space and attention to detail reinforce the restaurant’s identity, creating a welcoming and approachable place that connects tradition and contemporary thinking, establishing itself as a reference for high-end Spanish cuisine adapted to the Peruvian context.
