Fayer means “fire” and it is in the fire that these two cuisines of historically close-knit cultures meet. Fayer is an elegant, contemporary and always cheerful restaurant.
Fayer is a restaurant that opened in Buenos Aires in 2017 and we have worked with them to adapt the concept to new markets. The first one has been Madrid, opened in March 2020 but the idea is to continue growing in different cities. The proposal is contemporary and different: fresh, spicy and very Mediterranean in a welcoming and cheerful place. Moreover, Israeli cuisine is a trend in the world.
In addition to working on adapting the concept of Fayer Buenos Aires to the city of Madrid, we have developed and managed the start-up of the restaurant and the management of all the partners involved.
Ansón+Bonet’s must-try is the beetroot hummus to start with and the legendary pastrón with bone to follow.
