A meeting point for artists, gallery owners and collectors, where the world of wine, the gastronomy of things well done, the avant-garde and creation fused together.
An ephemeral wine bar developed entirely by Ansón&Bonet in collaboration with the curators of the #Opening gallery area during the international art fair ARCO’19. Bodega Opening became a bar-gallery, a meeting point between gastronomy and art.
The offer revolved around labels from small wineries and producers who are committed to traditional viticulture and who are capable of capturing the characteristics of their place of origin while adapting to the new times.
When it came to the selection, the determining factors were the terroir and the landscapes in which they are produced. In this way, the origin and the clear difference between an Atlantic, Galician, acidic and low-alcoholic wine and a Mediterranean wine, produced in a warmer, sunnier climate, or with more calcareous soils that make it more powerful or intense.
The essential for Ansón+Bonet, a portion of 30-month Comté cheese accompanied by a wine related to the landscape that best accompanies it, the mountains.
